Hi,

Currently, when launching Steam, it opens multiple windows in sequence, each time forcing itself to the foreground. This disrupts workflow, especially when trying to use other applications while Steam starts.

It would be great to have an option in Steam settings for a "Silent Startup" mode, where Steam launches directly to the system tray without interrupting the user.

While the -silent command-line parameter exists, it is not user-friendly for everyone and still causes an extra taskbar icon during startup. Having a built-in option in settings would improve the user experience significantly.

Please consider adding this feature. Thanks!
