Dynamic collections only seem to filter by "popular" tags. They should also respect the tags that I applied personally.

This feature could also alleviate the demand for enhanced logic on dynamic collections, encouraging you to improve tagging instead of working around it.

EDIT: this doesn't help as well with the NOT operator as it does with the OR operator. Personally, I'm missing tag exclusion in the shop even more, I don't understand why this isn't a general feature of tags. Do you think there is a good name for some of these sets:

• (strategy), but not (violence),
  
• (visual novel), but not (anime),
  
• (story rich), but not (walking simulator),
  
• (cooperative), but not (mmorpg)?
