Big Picture Start Up Sound Volume
Is there a way to turn down New Big Picture Mode's start up sound, or turn it off completely? I found a setting to turn off menu navigation sound, but have not found anything for startup. The startup sound is very loud, much louder than in game audio.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamui\movies\bigpicture_startup.webm

Seems like it's a movie file. If you have the know-hows perhaps you can edit the video to lower the volume then re-export and replace it.

Better use C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\config\uioverrides\movies dictionary (must create \uioverrides\movies dictionary) to place the new bigpicture_startup.webm file.
Otherwise the file will be replaced on steam update.
