New FPS Counter - Capping FPS
Was playing Rocket League last night and noticed something was capping my FPS. Usually get like 600 fps. It caps it to my refresh rate. turned it off and back to 600 ish.

other than that love the new fps counter.

Should not impact in that way. Second report I have seen for Rocket League specifically though so there may be something specific about that game, we will investigate. Thanks for reporting.

Should be fixed in tonight's beta update. There was actually a general perf regression in the D3D11 overlay drawing for a while that this uncovered which specifically impacts some d3d11 games, but before mostly only if overlay was activated and visible.
