Steam Overlay stopped working on a certain game
GRID (2008) to be more specific. It used to work on the last public non-beta version of Steam. It does however work on DiRT 2, DiRT Showdown, etc which are on a newer version of the EGO Engine.

I'd love to troubleshoot here as well and maybe get it fixed for the next version. So far the overlay works on any other games I have played.
