Steam client pc bug that happened to me right now
I was going to go on steam to open up gmod until i found my steam client having some sort of cinematic black bars at the top and bottom of the ui. if possible, id like to know how to send a screenshot of it so that it could probably be easier for the developers to know exactly what is happening.

the only solution to the bug i currently know of is if you use task manager to manually close it then reopen it to reboot it and fix the client

upon further examination, i realize that i wasnt on the beta at all and thought that this was the place to report steam bugs at, i apologize for the inconvenience.
