So Idk when this happened but in the last week or so I have had no notifications showing up in game. For chat, achievements etc. It is really aggravating. I hear the sound but the notification popup does not come in visually, making me alt tab. However, if I manually trigger a visual like a screenshot and I shift tab within 1 second I see it on the shift tab screen. So. I am at a loss as to why this is happening. I am on steam beta and I tried reg branch with the same issue. This is something native to my desktop because my laptop it works fine. I really don't want to have to reinstall steam because I have libraries configured on multiple drives and that would be a pain in the ass. Just really odd. Windows 11 fully updated. Would love some feedback if anyone else has had this odd issue. Thanks!
