Steam window stuttering when moving around desktop
Since the latest beta update (today?) steam window straight up stutters when moved about the desktop. When reverting to non beta version it works normally. Going back to beta branch, it stutters again.

OS: Win10 (KB5062554, Windows update today as well, this could be relevant)
Gfx; 4070 (576.80 driver)
CPU: Ryzen 7700x
RAM: 32 gb ddr5

Yea, I noticed this too. It must have something to do with the updating of the new performance monitoring while in the background?

So I'm not sure what changed, besides me restarting my computer... but it's no longer doing it.

Yeah, now that I've seen your comment I went back to beta branch and it's not stuttering anymore for me either. Maybe beta was updated again ?
