A lot of times, the stuff from the Points Shop aren't as good as they look in the store. We should have a refund option so we can get our Steam Points back to spend on another background, avatar, etc

It could work just like the game refunds, only allowing it within 2 hours from the time of the purchase

I regret my purchases sometimes...
