When you open an image attached in Steam Friend Chat, a Steam pop-up window opens.
However, while this pop-up window is displayed, even if you try to type in the chat, the pop-up window remains active and you cannot type any text.

The specific glitch behavior is as follows:

1. Opening an uploaded image in the chat section with a friend
   
2. An image popup window appears.
   
3. Clicking on the chat window to enter text
   
4. The image popup becomes active immediately.

The expected normal behavior is that the chat window becomes active at step 4, allowing you to enter text.

Currently, you cannot type anything because the image popup takes over the active state.
However, you can still type text by clicking and holding down the window.
