Support for the Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller
I recently got my hands on the Switch 2 Pro Controller for use on my PC. I’m interested if there’s any plan to add full support for it.

Give them time. The Switch 2 just came out. I'm sure support will be coming out

THATS WHAT I'M SAYING! it cant be that hard right? it should just be similar code or whatever as the previous one.
Due to encryption chips being present in the controllers themselves (not to mention there's chips in the system AND Dock!), AND Nintendo being able to update those, this won't be possible.

EVER.

Someone already developed a tool to hook into the controller via usb and people are working on ways to connect the controller via bluetooth (seems to be hit or miss depending on controller and other factors) Even if Steam dosen't add support I suspect that fans will make it work by the end of the year.
