No longer able to export video recordings with h.265
Since one of the last updates I've lost the ability to export recordings to h.265. Changing the codec to h.264 works without issue.

Same issue. Been happening for a month or so.

Seems like nobody is using the option to record in h.265... otherwise there would be more people reporting this issue.
