in game recording I have it set to record in the background. I want i record just the game audio and nothing else so I turn my record microphone to OFF.
My clips and videos recorded automatically always have ONLY my microphone and it is ON.
Isn't this illegal or something recording me without my consent? I do not want my mic recorded and the only way to stop it is to unplug my mic.

i have used audio from "all system audio" and "only game audio" doesn't change anything except i can hear my music also on all system audio.
