In the game, I got 40+ FPS with framegen disabled and 70+ FPS with framegen enabled. However, even with framegen enabled, the recorded video still looks like 40+ FPS. If you check the video information using tools like mediainfo, it says the video is 60 FPS, but if you check the video frame by frame, you'll see that there are a lot of duplicated frames, so the video is definitely recorded at 40+ FPS.
