Save the last X seconds doesn't work until there is enough footage recorded
So I'm trying to replicate Nvidia's Share replay system with Steam's Game Recording but it seems like I hit a roadblock.

I've set maximum recording length to 5 minutes and quality to High.
I've set a shortcut to save last 300 seconds to Shift+F12.

Pressing that combination does not produce a clip if the game hasn't been running for at least 5 minutes, it does plays an audio but no notification is shown.

When I change the shortcut to save last like 10 seconds then it works but if that length is bigger than current game session playtime then it does not save anything.

With Nvidia's feature it will save everything that is in the buffer if it's lower than the chosen clip length.
So if the game has been running for 3 minutes then pressing the button saves those 3 minutes into a video.

I moved back to Nvidia's recording.
Clip editor is nice here but this issue is no-go for me.
