Steam Clip Recording Broken Buttons Don’t Work, Clips Disappear (Affects Many Users)
There’s a major issue with Steam’s clip recording system that’s affecting a lot of people. When clips are recorded, they look saved at first, but the buttons don’t work send, download, or send to phone. Clicking them does nothing or makes the clip vanish. It’s like the clip was never actually saved. Steam Support told me to post here. Please look into it.

Yep. Used Ctrl+F11 to start and finish a clip.
The first 13 minute clip was saved without any problems.
The second clip, immediately after, with the same settings, showed that the recording started when pressing Ctrl+F11, showed that the clip was finished! But the clip itself disappeared and there is no way to find it.
And this is not the first time.

This feature is pointless if it is easy to lose an important piece of gameplay that you wanted to record
