Record in background no longer records after restarting my pc
When I switch from “manual recording” to “background recording”, the background recording works correctly, but when I restart my PC it doesn't work any more.

Version of steam: lasted
Platform Windows
graphics card: 4080 Super
Your graphics driver version: 576.52
What game you were playing: This happens on all games
Any other game recording software you are also using: Nvidia record app
The sequence of what happened and what you observed: on my old pc it works normally
