Failed to start upload: A server error occurred. (25)

I get this error whenever I try to share a clip either by creating a Share Link or by sending it through a chat. It even happens when I export the clip and then try to send it through a chat.

It's weird because only happens with clips from the Steam Recording, if I try to upload a video made by other recording software (AMD Adrenalin for example) it uploads just fine.

- Drivers version: 25.6.1

- Maximum video height: No Limit
- Record Microphone: Yes
- Force Microphone to Mono: No
- Automatic Gain Control: No
- Record audio from...: All System Audio

I tried:
- Restarting PC
- Deleting Cache
- Reinstalling Steam
- Restarting Modem

I also tried enabling/disabling hardware encoding and the H.265 codec but the issue persists.
