Lots of people have more than one GPU in their system, such as an iGPU plus a discrete card. It would be really cool if there was a way to divert recording duties to the iGPU.

In my case I actually have two discrete GPUs but one is just three transistors in a trenchcoat called Intel Arc A310. It's basically only good for video encoding, but it's really good at that one thing. It'll dual-stream 200 FPS 1080p HEVC with quality superior to x265's "fast" preset and it does it using only ~30 watts. And if you don't mind losing some compression efficiency it'll go way faster than that.

Anyway, it'd be super nice if I could record with my Intel """""GPU""""" while gaming on my Nvidia GPU.
