Edited video clips cannot be saved on Steam or exported
When I try to save a clip to Steam, nothing happened. And when I try to export the clip, it said "Unable to retrieve clip information (2)".

The export function is just a test I conducted on the editing page. I found that it's not possible to export directly, but I can export through sharing. My aim is to save the edited clips on Steam, but I can't achieve it.

I couldn't find any information on the meaning of the error code "2" anywhere on the Steam website. In other discussions in this group, it was other players who were also talking about the same issue. But I couldn't find an effective solution.

I also tried restarting Steam and restarting the computer, but neither of these solutions worked.

And also, I noticed significant stuttering in the recorded video, even though I was only playing an indie game not a large or graphically intensive title. I'm unsure whether this is due to a hardware limitation on my end or an issue with Steam's built-in recording feature.
