When browsing a Genre, Allow us to exclude tags in the filter instead of just adding tags.
For example, If I wish to browse the "Platfromer" Genre, but want to find a 3D platfromer game,it would be nice to be able to exclude the tags "2D" and "2D platfromer" from the search.

Second example would be if you are searching "JRPG" but don't want to see any RPG maker games, you can choose to exclude that tag from the search.
