We see that Steam/Valve have migrated to an Electron.js front-end which brings a fast & lightweight store for us all.

But when you navigate the store, the dropdown/flyout menus on the navigation for the store are button elements with delayed hover events for their children element. When you click these buttons thinking it's not a hover event, it cancels the transition/animation for enter/exit.

From a a11y standpoint, this is pretty bad but also a UI/UX standpoint as well. It needs to be either/or & definitely no delayed hover event.
