1. Prepare some unused accounts, an old & non-limited account is always better.

2. Add them to your group. (make them moderators if it's a limited account)

3. Sort them by SteamID64 using Notepad++ or something, SteamID64 = 76561198xxxxxxxxx

For text:
4a. Create your own text, 1 image = 1 character, max. 13 characters in 1 rows.

For image:
4b. Prepare 1 good photo/wallpaper/game background/whatever as your choice, split it up using any image editor, I use Splitter feature in PhotoScape to do that.

5. Upload the images you created as an avatar, the first image goes to first account with the smallest SteamID64 and so on.

6. Done, enjoy!
