emoticon glitch
if you use an emoticon in for example your profile description by clicking the emote window ( https://i.imgur.com/lVkvegP.png ) it will look like this: https://i.imgur.com/BSZZFlb.png
you can make the text uppercase and lowercase, just replace :wht : to for example :wHt : and if someone hovers on the emote it appears with the text that you wrote

probably not a glitch and intended, more user friendly, even if this was a glitch it's one of the most useless one's ive seen

Glitch used to attack clients is more likely called exploit.

again not a glitch and is intended for better user experience I mean this is something you have to code intentionally to make it not case sensitive
