This has nothing to do with "glitches" Just a tool which makes "zalgo text" via unicode.

Steam was removing and re-making some invisible characters to work differently, to prevent other glitches and stuff. They just removed it (Or changed) from the new steam update. That caused your name to turn up like that

Already checked for this. Neither of them have a zero width joiner.

Easy to make, just use an zero width unicode character between any of the letters.

Yes there is, well actually you have to make one, you would have to type the group links separetly.
