I cant get the plugin to work on my server any help is welcome

I cant get the plugin to load

tank.smx (Stop that Tank!): Required extension "dhooks" file("dhooks.ext") not running
21:30:43 Failed to load plugin addons/tank/bin/tank_mm (File not found: /usr/local/games/tf/######/###.###.##.###:27025/orangebox/tf/addons/tank/bin/tank_mm.so).
I cant get the plugin to work on my server any help is welcome plz

Well it looks like a required extension, dhooks, failed to load. The link is here: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=180114. Click builds and install the latest version.

I'm not sure what would cause the second error. Installation should be drag and drop, nothing you should have to change.
