We've made a change to the Giant Demoknight today in an attempt to resolve this. If you see this happen again, post here, and describe what the Demoknight was doing before he crashed (if possible).

Meh, we've been trying to avoid buffing the robot team. There was a general consensus that they were too good, hence all the recent human buffs and robot nerfs. Right now I think it's in a pretty good spot, but only time will tell.

Non-giant robots that are carrying the bomb gain buffs after having the bomb for a certain amount, like the first buff will be a Battalion's Backup after 5-10 seconds, etc., but they have to taunt to get it, or they just get it outright

Giants can regain health through friendly Medics and dispensers, so they can already do that with a little help from their team.

As for the normal bomb carriers, they already receive the following buffs instantly upon taking the bomb:
Defensive Buff (Battalion's Backup effect without crit immunity)
Mini-Crits
Health Buff (it will heal you for a small time span upon pickup, and can also overheal up to 200% health).

Updated:

Giant Ten-shot Bazooka Soldier's movespeed penalty increased to 60% slower (from 50% slower)
Major League Scout no longer has extra damage knockback vulnurability in comparison to other giants.
Major League Scout (and all Scout bomb carriers in general) now capture control points twice as fast.

We're still trying to figure this one out, we've done a small change tonight related to this. Feel free to continue posting about this if this keeps happening.

Rebalanced Giant Engineer:

Health reduced to 6,000 (from 8,500)
Movespeed Penalty reduced to -42% (from -50%)

Building health bonus reduced to +550% (from +700%)
Increased Dispenser range bonus to +500% (from +350%)
Sentry Gun firing speed penalty increased to -45% (from -30%)


Also removed the "+5 degrees in random projectile deviation" stat from Sir Nukesalot.

Updated with Sir Nukesalot and Giant Engineer (also buffed Major League Scout). These will be added to the server very soon. An announcement will be made when this happens.

Minor update. Major League Scout's Force-a-Nature no longer has a reload speed penalty, and Giant Rapid Fire Huntsman has faster weapon switch speed to encourage usage of its Jarate.
