I've seen this asked elsewhere, but have never seen a real answer. Are there other secondary guilds/factions in Enderal as there were in Skyrim?

So far, I've visited quite a few places that I wanted to know the cell names for so I might visit them again once I finish the main questline, but I can't find anything that I'd think to be said names. I'm talking about places like the house in the dream and places like that, of course, that you can only access through said quests. So I must ask... will there be any way that shows the cell ids of certain places, maybe like they do on the elder scrolls wikis?
