Permanent Mod Request Diamond Bonded Glass

I submit for your consideration, that the Diamond Bonded Glass Mod become default for all future contests.

Pro's
These windows are near effect to heavy armor and as such seem more practical for exterior uses.
Allows the use of KSh standard windows for exterior greebling or interior glass work where the advanced strength is not necessary.

There will be some builds that just don't need 'em
