also for a rocket jump you sacrifice health. the reason you can rocket jump with the intel is because there is a health cost. there is no cost other than waiting for a recharge with the thermal thruster.

hmmm if the third degree is a straight upgrade, a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ straight upgrade, completely voiding the stock fire axe, and is STILL outshined by almost ALL of pyro's melees, I think there is a problem there
