Prices and the value of gold is all relative. If you only make 3 stacks of gold from 20 stacks of other various resources, that same 3 stacks of gold is still worth all those resources no matter how high you put the price of everything.
What i think needs to be done is the rarity of gold needs to be increased. As you say, at the moment it is more economic to mine gold rather than sell resources. it takes less time and is easy etc.
I think you can resolve the issue if you make Gold rarer and harder to get. In real economics if everyone could mine gold then it would hold no value.
So My suggestion is, We rebalance Titan. Reduce the number of deposits to say 4 or 5 and reduce the deposit size to between 8 - 10k max. Configure the meteorite count to max 6 meteorites.
This will drastically reduce the availability of gold and restore its value. it would take time to find the gold on Titan and the small deposits would make refinement of large quantities very difficult.
Gold will then be more time consuming and difficult to get than all other resources thus restoring the trade incentive.
