And on another note, what to do with the credit cards you gather from loot ?
Are these allowed to be used for the NPC traders on admin bases(?), to buy for example :

- Seedlings
- Weapons that need weaponkits to craft
- Any other items that don't pop in to my mind right now.

I feel the point being with these rules are dependent on the game mechanics themselves.
When defenders build a fortress and a simple hoverdriller has the ability to undermine its foundation , causing that base/fortress to simply crumble due to structural integrity (game mechanic) , then there is also no point building such a base. Another trick what i would call sapping is using yr infinite drone amount (F5) to drain the base from its ammo.

Cunning in these games get tricky and i do agree with your point of factions that have overpowering number of players. Perhaps a faction should have groups of a certain amount, and is that number reached, a new group has to be made. Or should i say a new faction of that perticular occupation ... Other methods of faction balance are possible aswell.

I feel the balance is utter important to actually make it appealing for ppl to come & play.
Imho this needs to prioritise and layed down (written) or server action may die out ...

The 33% 'might' be applicable if they do'nt act in numbers (horde of mercenaries) as a balance point, but if the faction grows & merc factions (if multiple) start to flock together then that 33 % is an unfair advantage.

If i may be so curious (as the newby member), what might this reason of old members flight be ?
