I do think all factions should allow multi faction, even the PVP factions, just to encourage more people to join and get involved.
Ideas for Origin faction names:
PVE: The Guild of Freelancers.
PVP1: The Alliance
PVP2: The Federation

just one problem i'd see happening is that the pvp factionsare gonna be sitting on their gold for weeks till they can buy stuff from the pve if the pve does not start with one freighter ship of sorts
