Freelancers will be able to make ships within the first day so no worries for them there!

There is not gonna be any mining rights to be had except those planets payed for by the Freelancers ;)

Remember this is all speculation and suggestion nothing in stone. That being said the only thing set in stone for now is that CV's have no build restrictions ecxept rear thrusters showing not covered not to say you don't have other rear thrusters hiden inside you can. And they can only have 2x the class size in turrets and mounted guns. We are debating a set min for class 3 and below but nothing set yet if at all.
