Ok, quick note on the Playfield crashes on both Ragnarok and Midgard: They are both class 5 planets. Empyrion Devs have been trying to get the class 5s working right. It's not just our server, there isn't anything we can do about it other than wiping the esrver and starting over completely with smaller starting worlds. If you need further conformation on this issue, look back on the past bug fixes and starter planet changes the Devs have made since Alpha 8 dropped in experimental. How many times have they dialed back the deco on the starter planets? Eleon is aware of the issue and we are mirroring their efforts on the server, but this one isn't on us guys. The only thing we can do is restart the server and hope it clears up. If the playfield goes down, make the best out of it until either me or TheeWolf can restart the server or wait for the auto restart that happens everyday. Sorry for the inconvenience but this is one of the issues of an Alpha release, it won't get better until they're about to drop the next alpha and start the process all over again.

Turrets can shoot through the ground. Make sure that your burried cores are armored and away from generators, thrusters, and anything else that can be targeted.

I dont take back what I said or where I stand, but lets set a couple of things straight. Number one: If this was an illegal move, according to community rules, bans would have been issued, that never happened. We hadn't disscussed the possibility of this tactic being used and was a legal move and is now up for community vote. Had this never happened, we wouldn't have known of it and couldn't have set it before the community. Number two: It was absolutely an exploit in the purest form of the word. You don't have to glitch the game out or do things that break the physics of a game to exploit, an exploit is something done over and over again for benefit. The respawn in location was exploited for gain, it was used over and over again with the premeditated intent of grabbing the explosives in a backpack and blowing up the underside of the Odin. This is an unintended use of this game feature, made evident by the move of the devs to place clone and medic chambers in hovers, and wasn't ment to be used in PVP situations, hense it is an exploit of a game feature for an unintended use by the devs and I stand behind that %100. I don't make the rules for the server, everything is put up for vote. It was a cheap move and completely unnecessary, the Faust had the Odin dead to rights and a couple more shots would have taken out the core.

No one cheated, it was all well in the rules.
Game mechanics were exploited.
The Omega's lost the battle.
And new rules and guidelines are being voted on.
Had the Omega's exploited the game in the same way, the same actions would be happening in the community!

Anything beyond this is petty. To get all pissy and leave just shows just how little you think of us and our ability to resolve issues like this. Thanks in having such little faith in us. You all have been playing with us for a while, and I thought we were all friends. This isn't how friends treat friends. Yes, hard words were said and we got heated over a game, but at the end of the day it's just a stupid game, on a computer, made of things that don't exist in real life. What exists outside of the game, in real life, out here in the physical world, is us real people. To let somethis stupid come between real people is the dumbest thing I've ever heard, and trust me I've heard some really dumb things in my life.

I really admire you both, Spanj and Static, and that exists outside of 'stupid clones of Minecraft' (that was put in to piss off Wolf.......^_^). Spanj, you have inspired me in my video and livestream recording. Without you, I'd be really dull. Static, if it wasn't for you, I'd probably be in jail for punching a lawyer, instead we were able to work out an agreement and now me and the opposing lawyer chat about video games and Warhammer40K. My friendship with you guys extend well beyond the games, and that goes for everyone. I have stories for each and every person in the community that I've talked with. I know for a fact that for every story and personal experience I have, TheeWolf has a hundred more. Don't take what happens in a game so personally, and please have a little bit of faith in us when it involves having a fair and balanced server, no matter what game it is. If you feel you'll have more fun playing somewhere else, I can't help that and I wish you luck, but I would ask you to wait to see what comes from putting up to the community to vote on. We worked hard to get the server to you and we are still working hard in keeping the server running and balanced for everyone, not just our own gameplay.
