hey is was wondering if someone can help me
When ever i try and get on the server it wont let me and the screen goes back to my steam page when it entes sending clinet info so i was wondering if someone can help me

The reason for this is that you tab out of your game while loading in
If you dont tab out it wont happen

yea there is a glitch on tf2 where its update is fuking everyone over, it happened to me once

try unmounting tf2 from your gmod

my friend posted this about his server once, If anyone is crashing while connecting to [TKZ], there was apparently an update to TF2 that results in Garry's Mod crashing to desktop when connecting to servers with TF2 mounted. so just unmount tf2

Hate to Necro the thread but im having the same GMiod crashing issue and nothing changed when I unmounted tf2. I unchecked it, deleted all my addons, closed down Gmod, and validated the game cache. I went back onto GMod, made sure it was still unmounted, and it still crashed GMod when it got to 89% loading into the server. Is there another server issue?
