Thanks everyone for powering through the datacenter issues. I am pleased at how fast they were able to move us and I am glad they offered the option to go to what they explained is a "better machine". This is what the CEO of the company wrote me:

Looks like we are back online. Its a brand new IP address. You have to research for the server. It will not be in your favorite.

We are switching to a more reliable machine. Issues at the datacenter, I am not happy! But it is what it is.. Can't do much now. I just backed up the save files for good measure. They should be transferring us soon. Might not be up until tomorrow. I'll post if it's safe to play!

Went down last night hasnt been up since. I think my server provider is having issues or something. Second day in a row it shut down. I am not a happy camper!

Discord is great program

I tried installing Discord on my home PC once, and had several crashes, so I just abandoned the process- and most of the people I played with used TS3, so no big loss. I'll look at it again, seems more and more gaming communities are migrating in that direction

Also real quick: Why aren't you on Discord? there are more text channels then voice. Its an instant message system. So even if you don't ever plan to talk you can still chat real time with the community. You can also get into game dev channels and follow their progress.. its pretty cool, i suggest giving it a look.

Hi, joined your server last night before it went into maintenance. Saw the advert on survivetheark and decided to check it out.

Had a bit of trouble trying to connect to it. Your group advert "Join IP: 167.114.102.163:17015 " is incorrect, does not work on Steam Server Favorites... if you add one to the port, like so: "Join IP: 167.114.102.163:17016" then it works. It may be affecting some folks who wish to join but don't use Discord.

The reason you are seeing "Unknown" status in your game server panel is due to unexpected maintenance on the server that your game server is located on. We are currently working to resolve this issue and your game server should be online shortly.

Looks like Survival Servers is having a little power trouble at the data center. I'm seeing more people with the same issues as well. Still waiting..
