So...Cholera is an extremely treatable disease, unless you decide to not receive medical care or live in a 3rd world country. If you see a doctor about it, they give you an aqueous solution containing the nutrients your body loses due to the disease. So...either Chrome is faking, lives in a 3rd world country, or decided to receive no medical attention about his disease.
