My friend and I deposited skins which were accepted but didnt get into the round please help?
my friend wrote this under the support-linked profil but we havent gotten a reply yet so i thought to post it here to make it more noticeable:

Timesteps and everything are included in the screenshots we would appreciate some help :)
If i check the inventories of the bots these lost items are still there...

Im actually sorry to post this into the discussions and on the other hand i just want my skins back (so...i guess this is understandable right?)
