Weapons.
Ive checked and there is nowhere to download the skins, And i need that. I dont just want errors everywhere.

if you have downloads disabled the skins wont download, if that doesnt fix it go into your tf2 folder and delete the download folder, that will make your tf2 fresh from any cystom server you have joined, if it does not work after that reinstall tf2
