scout secondary: Name: the quick shot, Ups and downs ----> 10% damage bonus, Only 4 shots, -10% weapon spread
scout malee: Name: the chain breaker, ups and downs -----> On hit: causes all buffs to be shortened, on kill: drop small health kit, no random critical hits.
