Fixed damage dealt/reduced while in spawn

I have finally fixed a problem that involved damage dealt and taken while being in spawn or shooting into spawn.

Basically, while in spawn players take 25% less damage.... and that's it! (As in, while in spawn and shooting a target you will deal normal damage.)
