It's the long awaited (not really) discussion for showing off your x10 custom weapon ideas to everyone.
Notice: this DOES NOT mean that a ctf2w x10 server is happening soon, it's just so the ctfw community can write down their ideas for the server if it ever happens.

I'll start off:
x10 Lil' Mate:
While firing, firing speed is increased, up to 500%

Bonus fire rate is lost after reloading and/or switching weapons
250% slower base firing speed
200% slower reload speed (because 1000% slower reload speed would just be ridiculous)
Hidden stats:
+40% clip size
+10% reserve ammo

(+) Overheal does not decay
(-) Unable to be overhealed by a medic

(+) When you pick up a health pack, you will receive 1 pint of moonshine and taunting will restore all heath at the cost of a pint
(+) This weapon gains +50% damage for each pint held
(-) This weapon loses 100% fire rate for each pint held.
(-) No health from packs on wearer

(+) shoot 30 rocket instead of 3 instead of 1 over a 160° angle
(-) -90% projectile speed

(+) While scoped in: Slowly fade to be almost fully transparent
(+) Silent killer: No death noise from kills
(+) On headshot: Your next shot will charge 100% faster
(+/-) On bodyshot: Your next shot will charge 25% faster
(-) On miss: Your next shot will charge 250% slower

(+) 50% faster power charge

x10 The Frontal Lobe

On hit friendly building: +200 upgrade progress
On hit friendly building: Repairs building by 100%

Unable to upgrade friendly buildings unless at full overheal
Unable to damage enemies
Can fire a shot every 5 seconds
Only holds 2 shots


x10 The Ka-Boom Stick

No damage penalty on missed shots
+1000% explosion radius

Cannot Crit
-50% damage penalty on direct hits
Minimal fuse time on grenades (.2 sec, maybe?)


x10 Raiding Aid
On Kill: All ammo and Clip regained

500% slower reload speed
-67% clip size


Infection x10

Instant cloak after a backstab and infect the victim for 100% of normal cloak Time
After .5 seconds, the victim is slowed by 90% and starts to lose 33% of their max health per second for
Infection cannot be removed

User cannot cloak manually
Backstabs heal the enemy by 100%, can lead to Overheal


(x)10 Hydraulic Hammers

On hit: Target cannot move for 2 seconds, enemy cannot fire for 3 seconds and knocks back the enemy

+250% faster firing speed
-98% damage penalty (deals 1 damage)


Sixtieth Sense (The Sixth Sense x10)

While active:
Allows you to see teammates and their health through walls
Alt-fire to use your UberCharge in 25% increments for a 30 second speed boost

Cannot switch away from your melee weapon while speed boosted and after the speed boost, user is marked for death
250% slower firing speed

Better be (-)100% slower power charge. You should multiply the negatives as well to make it somewhat balanced ("balanced x10 weapons? those don't exist")

(+) attack rate ramp up to +500%, in 4 second !

(-) vulnerability ramp up to +50%, in 4 second !

Just a quick reminder guys, try to keep your x10 stats akin to the stats currently on the server (if you need to look at the stats again, a link to the weapon list with all that stats will be in the discussion description at that top).

Rage scatter x10

(+) Weapon damage increases as health decreases, up to 500%
(+) Attacks pierce damage resistance effects and bonuses
(-) Weapon spread increases as health decreases, up to 1000%
(-) Reload and fire rate decreases as health decreases, up to 250%
(-) No random critical hits
(-) Cannot be crit or mini-crit boosted, except from debuffs (mark for death and jarate)

in order to make it more visual, can turn damage bonus into bullet shot bonus

Seems really fun, I posted already but heres some more!

The Slammer

On Hit: Crits airborne Enemies, has a knockback of an Airblast
Stuns airborne enemies for 5 seconds if the hit is below the belt
Airborne enemies hit are slammed into the ground

1000% slower fire rate (5 sec fire rate)
This weapon has a large melee range and deploys/holsters slower (250% slower in x10 I think)


The Drunkards Wrath

Press Your 'Special Attack' key to switch between 2 modes

+500% clip size (20 in a clip)

-75% Damage penalty
-75% Explosion radius

Mode 1) Default: Normal firing speed, projectile speed, and move speed and damage resistance
Mode 2) Boosted: 250% faster firing speed, +1000% projectile speed, and -75% move speed while active and 50% damage resistance


Boston Bulldog

100% Damage Dealt is returned as health, up to 1000% overhealed health
Overheal does not decay

Unable to Overheal from Medics
Unable to get health from Packs
Unable to heal from medics
-100 max health on wearer
