I could, but I would have to "hide" a couple of player slots. So it would look like a 20 player server with 4 "Reserved slot access" for donators. But you have to connect though console... "connect SERVER IP"... to connect and not through "favorite servers" tab.

you could make it so that the server extends for the donor or kick a person to make space for the donor, which i know the both of us would not like

I added "reserved server slots" a couple of days ago. This is how it works.... when a server is full and a donator tries to connect (you HAVE to connect though the TF2 console), the server will kick the player who has the highest ping to make room for the donator.
