It was removed on 03/22/16 update. So basially use the "Spy-cicle", since Valve made it better during the Tough Break update.

Right, very "good" reason to remove something, just because we have similar sounding item, despite it havin' different kinks and jinxes.
Guess, when the Top Honcho says "remove", it must be removed, no matter, what community thinks, am I right?)
