NEW WEAPONS:


Mercenary's Supplies (All-Class Secondary)
(+) On kill: a small health pack is dropped
(+) 25% bonus max primary ammo
(-) 10% less movement speed
(-) No actual weapon
Plus additional stat(s) for each class:

Scout: 25 bonus max health on wearer
Soldier: 25% bonus max primary ammo (50% bonus ammo in total)
Pyro: While on fire: you gain a speed boost
Demoman: 25% bonus health from packs and healers
Heavy: Based on current health, increases damage resistance up to 25% (at 1/2 health, you have 25% damage resistance)
Engineer: 25% bonus metal from pickups and dispensers
Medic: 10% bonus UberCharge rate, Uber duration increased by 1 second, 10% bonus heal rate
Sniper: 25% reduced damage from headshots taken
Spy: reduced decloak sound

Cloak-o-Cola (Scout Secondary)
While under the effects:
(+) You will become invisible to enemies for 10 seconds, including to enemy sentries
(+) You will not be revealed if bumped or attacked by an enemy
(+) Melee attacking will not reveal you
(-) Attacking with your primary will reveal you and remove your cloak
(-) Unable to carry the intelligence on wearer
(-) 30 second recharge

AW - Slugger's Face-off (Scout Melee)
(+) 25% faster fire rate
(+) On Hit: +10% evasiveness (chance to auto-dodge damage)
(-) 10% evasiveness is subtracted from non-melee damage taken
(-) Minimal damage

Wreck-Ignition (Pyro Secondary)
(+) 100% critical hit vs burning players
(+) Gain a speed boost on hit for 5 seconds (just the flare hit, not including afterburn)
(-) 50% less damage
(-) 50% less afterburn duration

Immobile Sentry (Heavy Primary)
While active:
(+) Full knockback resistance when spun up
(+) 50% damage resistance when spun up
(-) No move speed when spun up
(-) No capture rate when spun up
(-) No health from healers or packs

Putt Dispenser (Heavy Primary)
(+) Fires base ball projectiles
(+) Headshots temporarily stun targets
(-) 2 degrees random projectile deviation
(-) Unable to damage enemy buildings
(-) 50% less ammo carried
(-) 100% slower fire rate

Jaws of Steel (Heavy Melee)
While in water, jarated, or mad milked:
(+) 50% bonus move speed
(+) 25% bonus damage
(+) 25% bonus attack speed
(-) 10% damage vulnerability
While in not water, jarated, or mad milked:
(-) 50% slower move speed
(-) 25% less damage
(-) 25% slower attack speed
(-) 10% damage vulnerability

The Sixth Sense] (Medic Melee)
(+) On taunt with any weapon to see teammates and their health through walls for 5 seconds
(-) 50% less damage

AW - Walkabout (Sniper Primary)
(+) No move speed penalty while zoomed
(+) Combo system:
* First hit: 25% less damage
* Second hit: base damage
* Third hit: guaranteed critical hit (150 damage)
(-) Combo is reset on third hit, missing, or on death
(-) 99% slower charge rate
(-) No headshots

Drunk Grail (Demoman Melee) (REWORKED)
(+) This weapon deploys & holsters 25% faster
(+) On hit: player will become drunk for 4 seconds
(+) On hit: apply jarate for 4 seconds
(-) On miss: hit yourself, jarate yourself, and get drunk for 4 seconds
(-) No random critical hits

AW - Jumpin Jehosaphat (Demoman Melee) (REWORKED)
While active:
(+) On sticky jump land: charge for 2 seconds (can not critical hit, also never has... this is a new note, you have to have a shield on to crit hit)
(+) Full turning control while charging
(-) 15% less movement speed
(-) No random critical hits
(+/-) This weapon has a large melee range and deploys/holsters slower

Medic's Outbreaker (Medic Melee) (REWORKED)
(+) On hit: bleed for 6 seconds
(+) On hit: +10 health, including bleed damage
(+) On Hit: slows target, including bleed duration
(+) The healing effect can be stacked for multiple enemies
(-) 50% slower fire rate
(-) 75% less damage

Number 13 (Demoman Primary) (RETURNING)
(+) On hit: ignite players for 2 seconds
(+) 100% mini-crits vs burning players
(-) No random critical hits
(-) 25% less clip size
(-) 25% less damage vs non-burning players
(-) You can ignite yourself


WEAPON CHANGES:


Practitioner's Promoter
-Increased ubercharge bonus to 50% (from 25%)

Class Destroyer
-Reduced bonus damage to 50% (from 100%)
-Added "This weapon has a large melee range and deploys/holsters slower" bonus/penatly

Shotgun Cannon
-Added "Weapon spread decreases as health decreases, up to 100% (as in, no bullet spread at 1 HP)" bonus
-Removed "no random critical hits" penatly

AW - Finish Line
-Reduced base damage penatly to -50% (from -80%)
-Reduced "bonus damage based on target's missing health" to 10% (from 15%)

AW - Prototype Punch
-Removed "25 bonus max health on wearer" bonus

Handymann
-Added new note: resistance is ONLY to sentry bullets, and not to LV3 sentry rockets
-Added "10% damage vulnerability from all other sources, including sentry rockets" penatly
-Removed "Damage removes sappers" bonus

Buff Buffer
-Removed "25% damage done is self-hurt" penatly
-Added "25% less damage" penatly
-Reduced buff duration bonus to 150% (from 200%)

AW - Matador
-Added "Level 1 rocket specialist" bonus (from MvM)
+15% bonus projectile speed. On direct hits: temporarily stops target and increases blast radius by 15%.

AW - Chains of Command
-Added "25% less damage" penatly
-"Fire rate on miss" is 10% with 10 stacks (from 20% with 5 stacks)

AW - Warfare Enforcer
-Decreased max shots held to 10 (from 15)

Crowd Control
-Added "This weapon has a large melee range and deploys/holsters slower" bonus/penatly
-Decreased melee range to 37% (from 50%, due to added bonus/penatly from mentioned above)

Push Over
-Added "25% increased airblast vulnerability" penatly
-Reduced airblast speed penatly to 50% (from 100%)

AW - Boilerbuss
-Added "minicrit vs burning player" bonus
-Added "No random critical hits" penatly
-Removed "25% less damage" penatly

Sharp Shooter - Melee and Shotgun
-Removed "No random critical hits" penalties

AW - Uncontainable Reaction
-Added "25% faster fire rate" bonus
-Added new note: "Combo is reset on third hit, missing, or on death" (this has been around since this weapon was added, I didn't know about the "reset on missing")

AW - Iron Boots
-Increased movement speed penatly to 15% (from 10%)
-Deceased reduction in push force taken to 75% (from 100%)
-Removed 25 bonus health bonus

Fighting Spirit
-Added "This weapon has a large melee range and deploys/holsters slower" bonus/penatly
-Increased melee range to 37% (from 25%, due to added bonus/penatly from mentioned above)

Brute Force
-Added "This weapon has a large melee range and deploys/holsters slower" bonus/penatly
-Added "1 second increase in charge duration" bonus

AW - Tank Goodness
-Reduced "damage taken applies to you" to 25% (from 33%)
-Increased health regen to 10 per second (from 5)
-Increased critical resistance to 50% (from 25%)

AW - Maxine
-Removed "25% less damage" penatly
-Added "Self marked for death when spun up" bonus
-Reduced ammo consumed per second while deployed to 5 (from 10)

Doom Bringer
-Added "25 less max health on wearer" penatly

Leviathan
-Reduced the effectiveness of "bullets destroy rockets and grenades while in-flight" to the lowest amount
-Added "Blocks medic healing while active" penatly

Support Wrench
-Movement speed when carrying buildings is 10% faster then default movement speed (from normal movement speed when hauling building)

Brawn Over Brains PDA
-Added "Can't destroy buildings" penatly

Repair Node & Amplifier
-No longer wrenches, both are PDAs now
-Repair Nodes will now repair other teammates buildings
-Reduced healing per second for Repair Node to 10, 15, 20 (from 15, 20, 25... depending on the current level)

Worst Case Szenario
-Removed "On kill: -10 health" penatly
-Added "10% damage vulnerability while active" penatly

Milk Shot
-Added "No headshots" penatly
-Added "50% bonus charge rate" bonus
-Removed "99% slower charge rate" penatly

Booster Shot
-Reduced heal rate penatly to 25% (from 50%)
-Reduced overheal decay time bonus to 100% (from 200%)
-Added new note: "While UberCharged, you can not overheal anyone"

AW - Penetrator
-Removed "25% less damage on body-shots" penatly (due to recent tests, this penatly hasn't been working... and I don't know for how long)
-Added "50% slower move speed when aiming" penatly (you move at the same speed as scoped in with a sniper rifle)
-Reduced fire rate penatly to 25% (from 50%)

Manncannon
-reduced critical damage penatly to 75% (from 70%)
-increased explosive damage to 25% (from 20%)

Tactical Revolver
-Added "On hit: mark up to 2 targets for 30 seconds each for death"
-Added "Minimal damage" penatly
-Added "100% slower fire rate" penatly

The Duke
-Added "1/2 sec longer cloak blink time" penatly
-Increased cloaking and decloaking speed to 75% (from 50%)
-Reduced cloak on hit bonus to 25% (from 50%)

-Added "Puppet Fortress" models (all-classes)

I think he means that while it wasn't added in the update, it will possibly be added at some point in the future.

As in, I don't have regular time coders. I have to work with I got.
Crafting, you can still make weapon who use basic attributs or already coded one
I can help you to found "translation" of the suggestion into attribut index and value if needed
Really want to see this server grow

Omg Number 13.....my favorite demo weapon :D Too bad I'm not allowed to go on the computer. I'm on my tablet now.

I gotta say is, the Jaws of Steel is going to be unbalanced. People will probably only use to to go in the water and stay there.
can we please nerf the infection (spy knife) it's too O.P.

EDIT: also why is my "healing" score not going up when i heal with the booster shot?
