Is the Doom Bringer OP?
I think it's pretty overpowered, since once it's in effect, the only viable option is to run away. If you try to kill the heavy, the skeleton finishes you off, if you try to kill the skeleton, three more skeletons appear, and you still die. It's like the Phlogistinator, while it is in effect, your only real option is to run away.

Yes, but you still have to avoid them, which can make it difficult to focus on the Heavy.

Nah for real, the doombringer is even more weak than what he was at the bgin (when he could ignite you)

Okay, it might be weak, but if so, it's still really annoying to fight against, like the Natascha and the Pomson 6000.

Also, need to compare to other official miniguns. Some have damage resistance while spun up. Currently, none of the custom miniguns have that. The main reason so there is a focus on what is special about it.
