Is There Any Weapon That Cant Be Created?
Yes the weapons are
  • Boots(Demoman/Soldier)
  • Shield(Demoman)
  • Bodyshield(Sniper)

Why?
Because the plugin used is not coded for weapon using classname with tf_wearable and creating a new type of buildables

Can I Suggest New Engineer Building?
Yes.But it will most likely hard to do since the attribute need to coded

buildings will be a thing just no cosmetic weapons because craftings coder is not able to edit cosmetic weapons

ah and also... Ask Community to suggest balanced weapon...
that would reduce the number of suggestion and ask more cleaver stats

Actually they can work, you just need to set the baseclass of the weapon to a different weapon, like the parachute or invisiwatch.
Here is an example of the gunboats here:

They do work, but the weapon model is not visible (probably because they are boots) but it is visible with backpacks and other models.
I'm not so sure about custom weapon models though.

Wow we never think about this :D And isnt it weird for parachute using tf_weapon instead of tf_wearable ?

Kinda, but as long as the option is there, you might as well use it for some weapons :)
