Ideas for Changes/Balancing (Custom Weapons)

Chains of Command:
(+) Replace "On miss: decreases fire rate by 20% with 5 stacks" penalty with "On hit: increases fire rate by 15% with 4 stacks" bonus
(-) Replace "25% faster fire rate" bonus with "-20% slower base fire rate" penalty.
(-) Add "On miss: lose 1 stack" penalty

The weapon punishes you too much for missing, if you miss a single shot, you're gonna be at a disadvantage for the rest of your life.

Heavy Artillery Minigun:
(+) Reduce damage penalty from -25% to -20%
(+) Change the fire rate stacks to drain while not spun up, instead of instantly disappearing.

This weapon is pretty much a straight up downgrade from the stock minigun, even at 100% stacks.

Handymann
(+) Increase the 75% sentry damage resistance to 88% sentry damage resistance
(-) Add "50% damage vulnerability (while active)" penalty

The weapon makes the scout more tanky than a heavy when fighting sentries, and one of the Scout's downsides is his low health, so I feel like the Engineer should have a better way of getting rid of the Scout. 50% damage vulnerability could work.

Also, the increase from 75% damage resistance to 88% damage resistance is because with the 50% increased damage vulnerability, an 88% sentry damage resistance would equal to roughly 76% resistance, meaning there wouldn't actually be much of a change.

Support
(+) Add "Sentries have knockback" attribute
(-) Add "Buildings are destroyed upon switching wrench" attribute

With the 300% faster build speed, you can simply build a level 1 sentry, switch to another wrench, and bam, you got a nest up at a speed the Jag can only dream of. As such, I feel like it's a bit unfair.

As for the knockback: sentry jump r cool

Matador
(+) Add "-50% damage falloff" bonus.

The Matador is a nice idea, but it requires a lot of skill, and anyone skilled enough to use it properly might as well just use the Direct Hit. So how about reducing the damage falloff?

Buff Buffer

(+) Self hurt disabled while under the effects of a banner
This weapon is pretty much just suicide unless you're using it with the Concheror.

For the Chain of command
Just bring the first attribut
When you could loose stack over time
Now I just use this shotgun for trouble snipers aim at long range, because at close range you have to much chance to fail... That not supposed to happend for a shotgun
Handymann, great idea to leave a chance to both side
I would, reduce the knockback from the sentry to the scout
Or improve damage against buildings
And add the damage vulnerability
If you put only downside, players would stop play it, and its actually quite unplayed
