The Stealth Attack knife needs a buff. Half their ammo is a lot, but not devastating enough for the trade-off of not being an insta kill...PRetty much, al you get is them shooting you as you decloak.
Perhaps it could be buffed to remove 50% secondary and 100% primary ammo? Or give a debuff to the player you strike (Such as taking crits for the next second or such)

Add a shield passive buff :

25% resistance to airblast

No charge control is already such a pain in fact, you can't even turn your head to try to hit with melee
